We also recognize the value of external expertise and occasionally bring in third-party vendors to supplement instruction. Analyzing Significant Injuries and Fatalities (SIFs) data enables us to ensure that preventive measures are in place to protect employees from the most severe risks and helps us to identify common factors or root causes and ensure safety measures are in place to mitigate or eliminate them.
Mental Health
We believe that creating a safe and supportive workplace where employees feel comfortable discussing mental health concerns is crucial for their well-being and our overall success as an organization.
