Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC has deployed an additional 1,136 vegetation management and infrastructure construction employees to Texas and Louisiana to assist with power restoration efforts in response to Hurricane Beryl, which made landfall in Texas on the morning of Monday, July 9.

Asplundh began preparations to deploy first responders and resources prior to the storm making landfall. The company’s One Asplundh storm response team quickly mobilized hundreds of available vegetation and line crews from across the country to assist in storm response work for American Electric Power, CenterPoint Energy, Southwestern Electric Power Company, and Texas-New Mexico Power.

All Asplundh crews are working at the request of our utility customer with embedded safety professionals as they remove fallen trees and limbs from power lines and repair downed and broken utility poles and power lines. Asplundh will continue to work to restore power as quickly and safely as possible until released by the company’s utility customers.

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is a family-owned and managed company headquartered just outside of Philadelphia in Willow Grove, PA.
